Changing Account Information
To change information in your profile log onto your "MY ACCOUNT", "sign in" and then click "PROFILE DETAILS". Make any necessary changes and click "UPDATE".
Orders placed MON - FRI (excluding Holidays) before 3:00pm EST will begin processing that day. Orders placed after this time will process the following business day. We normally ship same day.
Although we make every effort to maintain sufficient inventory for items on our site, in rare occasions items listed as available may be out of stock. If we are out of stock on an item you ordered we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order as well as your shipping confirmation. Additionally, if you are willing to wait 2-3 weeks some items may be available for special order. Please contact us via email for special order inquiries.
Payment Methods and Acceptance
Nicholas K accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Amazon Pay and Paypal. To prevent fraud, if information you provide does not correspond to that of your card issuer we will contact you to verify additional information. If there is no response within 5 days, the order will be cancelled.
You will receive and order and shipping confirmation via email. A tracking number for your package will be included with this information. You may also check the status of your order once logged onto your account.
All international orders require billing address confirmation. This confirmation is sent to you via email and must be completed and returned to us within 5 days of order date. Failure to respond within this time will result in order cancellation.
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and DO NOT INCLUDE import duties, VAT and taxes. To figure the cost in your local currency you may use the following site as a reference. www.xe.com. Please note the actual price may vary depending on the exchange rates of your banking institution.
Gift Certificates and Gift Wrapping
Gift certificates may be purchased online. After adding this item to your bag, proceed to checkout. Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge offered during the checkout process. Certificates can be redeemed during the checkout process by entering the number in the field "PROMO CODE.". Items will be wrapped in tissue paper and boxed with our signature boxes. A gift message may also be included.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping costs and options for Continental U.S.
Depending on service location most orders within the Continental U.S. can be shipped ground, 3 day, 2 day and overnight. All shipment types require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers with PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
Failed Delivery and Refused Shipments
For packages returned due to failed delivery attempt (after 3 delivery attempts) we will charge a $10.00 fee to re-ship the order in addition to the cost of return service and delivery charges. A $10 fee will also be assessed for orders that require delivery address changes of any kind after the order has been shipped.
If any shipments are refused from Nicholas K, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Nicholas K. This amount will be subtracted from the merchandise refund.
Nicholas K, Inc. does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of New York where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.
By purchasing from Nicholas K Inc., you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of New York. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in New York County, New York and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Nicholas K ships worldwide to over 100 countries. Outside the US all shipments are DDU. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees and/or duties which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before making purchases as customs policies vary widely. In the event, a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Please read above "Failed delivery and Refused Shipments".

ORDERS may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received-NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Customers will receive a full refund less shipping. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
- Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise.
- Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
- Once a return has been received (within specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items sent to Nicholas K will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you. A refund will not be issued. Items marked down 60% or more are considered clearance sale items. These items are Final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please follow the instructions included with your invoice AND INCLUDE YOUR RA#. Securely pack and seal the merchandise in an appropriate box or envelope and send back using an insured carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) to the address below:
