Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of order receipt/delivery date and require an RA number. Items discounted 50% off or more are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. You may request an RA number through :

Our email requests are processed as soon as possible during normal business hours. We do not cover shipping on returns or exchanges at this time. Pack items securely and ship using an insured carrier, with the package addressed as follows:

***Please note: Insuring the package is the option of the sender, however, Nicholas K does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Insuring the shipment provides recourse on your package in the event we do not receive it.

 

 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA). 

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition; not worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund less shipping costs. Merchandise returned without original packaging and tags will not be refunded.

Once a return has been received within the 14 day window, a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Nicholas K ships worldwide to 100+ countries. International purchases include delivery and import duties and taxes. In the event, a package is undeliverable (eg; customer fails to pickup after delivery attempts, or provides incorrect address) and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
